The Replay Is Here: Why Some Skool Events Get 3x The Turnout
If you missed it live last night, the replay's up now. Check it out below 👇 I went through the actual data behind why gating your events kills turnout, even when they're free. Covered the model I've been using instead, keeping the live open with no sign-up required, and only asking people to join once they've actually got value from being there. Don't forget, if you want to display your replays like this and you are VIP, use this category Event Replays

THE PARENT NEEDS SUPPORT TOO
Parents of sensitive or neurodivergent children are often handed more strategies for the child. And sometimes what the parent also needs is somewhere to ask: “𝗪𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝗮𝗯𝗼𝘂𝘁 𝘄𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝗜’𝗺 𝗰𝗮𝗿𝗿𝘆𝗶𝗻𝗴?” The fear. Stress. Guilt. Exhaustion. Hypervigilance. Self-doubt. The reaction you keep regretting afterwards. Supporting yourself isn’t a distraction from parenting your child. You are part of the family’s emotional experience too. Sometimes the next useful step isn’t another strategy for managing the child. It’s becoming more aware of what is happening 𝘄𝗶𝘁𝗵𝗶𝗻 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗽𝗮𝗿𝗲𝗻𝘁 as well. That parent-first perspective is becoming an increasingly important part of what I’m sharing inside my free 𝗘𝗻𝗲𝗿𝗴𝘆-𝗪𝗶𝘀𝗲 𝗣𝗮𝗿𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗛𝘂𝗯

One Tweak. 3x The Turnout. Here's Proof
I used to think the best way to run a community event was simple. Get people to join, then get them to watch. Straightforward, right? Wrong. Dead wrong, according to the data I pulled across multiple communities over the past few weeks. Tomorrow at 8 pm BST (3 pm EST / 12 pm PST), I'm sharing exactly what I found live. The format most of us default to for events is quietly capping attendance, and there's a simple fix that's already tripling turnout for me and for the clients I've tested it with. No pitch, no fluff. Just the numbers, what they mean, and how to use them for your very next event. It's free and open to everyone live. After that, it only lives in the Vault for premium members, so tomorrow's the one chance to catch it live and fire your questions at me directly. Get it on your calendar here so it doesn't slip past you. Tell me below: what's your current turnout like? Curious how many of you are dealing with the same problem before we go live tomorrow.

NOTICE THE WHOLE MOMENT
Here’s a simple weekend experiment for your next difficult parenting moment. Notice three things: 𝗪𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝗵𝗮𝗽𝗽𝗲𝗻𝗲𝗱 𝗶𝗻 𝗺𝘆 𝗰𝗵𝗶𝗹𝗱? 𝗪𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝗵𝗮𝗽𝗽𝗲𝗻𝗲𝗱 𝗶𝗻 𝗺𝗲? 𝗪𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝘀𝗲𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗱 𝘁𝗼 𝗵𝗮𝗽𝗽𝗲𝗻 𝗯𝗲𝘁𝘄𝗲𝗲𝗻 𝘂𝘀? You might notice the atmosphere suddenly became tense. You felt urgent. Your child withdrew. Everyone started moving faster. Or maybe you don’t notice anything obvious. That’s okay. The aim isn’t to analyse the family. It’s simply to remember that a parenting interaction contains 𝗺𝗼𝗿𝗲 𝘁𝗵𝗮𝗻 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗯𝗲𝗵𝗮𝘃𝗶𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝘄𝗲 𝗰𝗮𝗻 𝘀𝗲𝗲. This kind of noticing is part of the Energy-Wise Parenting lens I’m sharing inside my free community. My first 'Energy-Wise LIVE 'call is on Thurs Aug 27th 8pm Syd Aust time.
