Therapies to Reverse Artery Plaque
Very cool new feature of Notebook LM 2 recent articles from the European Society of Cardiology on the topic of therapies leading to coronary atherosclerosis plaque regression I took the 2 PDFs and had Notebook LM generate these infographics Makes it more clear which levers to pull when addressing plaque stabilization Which version of the infographic do you prefer?

I liked the 2d darker version of yours. Easier on my eyes and good contrast. Notebook LLM has come a long way. Can source so many different types of data, and choose how you want to combine with more accuracy. I used your plaque info graphics and combined it with your recent YT video with Dr. Dough to create these. The darker version was created using the Beta Detailed version Infographic via the customize infographic option in Notebook.

@Michael Twyman added to my stack of reference material. Easier to digest a lot of info in this compact visual way.

When I trained for my Nar Phu Trek in Nepal 10 years ago, I did a lot of stair training up/down in a tall tower. It helped to some degree, but pretty hard to train properly for Nepal, all things considered. I do remember upon my return to sea level for a few weeks, I barely got winded or tired doing anything physical for long periods. It was a great feeling while it lasted. I've never been to Kilimanjaro, but heard good things about the trek and scenery.

@Michael Twyman iIts definitely a mental exercise to keep pushing, but worth it. Once I hit high elevation near and above the tree line, I ate a lot more carbs to help replenish glycogen and recover better. I believe it helps some with altitude sickness too, but not clear on the science if so. My dreams were very vivid and couldn't sleep for long the higher I went.
Happy Monday
Back on St Louis after a great trip hiking in Tucson and meeting up with people at the Canyon Ranch retreat I hosted I had lots of time to think on these long hikes Many ideas to share in this community 1 ) First Friday of month will have the members only “Ask Me Anything” sessions. Due to feedback will plan to alternate early morning with afternoon sessions. Will look at my schedule and stay putting dates and times on the community calendar 2) Will start a weekly poll to vote on a topic per week to make a 5-10 minute video response to be released every Friday 3) More conference highlights 4) More podcasts and articles I find interesting 5) More behind the scenes at Apollo and what I do for my own healthspan Thanks for coming on the journey

Will have to check out Canyon Ranch someday. Looks like a nice retreat for all kind of outdoor activities.
Week of Nov 3rd - Poll of the week
What topic do you want to learn more about this week? I’ll record a 5-10 minute video response for the most upvoted topic The poll doesn’t let me allow other topics to be added my members so you can put other topics in the comments and if more people 2nd them we will pick that topic with most votes

Thoughts on the use of Sulodexide for repairing the Glycocalyx and other cardiovascular health benefits. I don't believe this is yet approved by the FDA in the US, but available overseas.
