The "0 to 10K" Obsession Is A Trap
Everyone online is racing to $10K/month like it's the only finish line worth crossing. It's not. And blindly chasing it might actually cost you more time than if you'd just thought it through first. If you genuinely want the fastest route to $10K, the answer is services, selling your time and expertise to solve specific problems. Not convincing someone a product will change their life. But here's what most people skip over entirely: Client acquisition is the actual business. Not the tech. Not the tools. The system that brings clients in consistently. Most people never solve this, they'll be "in business" for years and still have no reliable pipeline. You have to pick a method and obsess over it until it works. Half-committing means you'll hit $10K one month and $0 the next. A few other things worth thinking through clearly: - Find clients with similar problems. Constantly learning new tech for every new client is slow and expensive. - Target people with actual budgets. Early-stage entrepreneurs are not your best customers. Businesses doing $500K–$1M+ have real problems, real money, and real potential for long-term engagements. - Keep the clients you have. Losing a client to poor communication or inconsistent delivery and then hunting for a replacement is one of the most avoidable mistakes in this business. The AI space right now is pure noise. Every influencer has the "one tool you need" or the "five skills or you're irrelevant." Consuming that content doesn't build a business. It just keeps you distracted. Pick a direction. Execute it well. Ignore the rest.

BETTER and more SECURE OpenClaw (Moltbot)
I built my own AI agent, it's called the Pope Bot, and it works kind of like OpenClaw (Moltbot) but with two big differences: it's more secure and way more scalable. Here's the basic idea: You send the bot a task (via API, Telegram, whatever). The bot creates a branch in GitHub with that job. GitHub Actions picks it up, spins up a container, runs the task, and checks everything back into the repo when it's done. Nothing runs on your computer. It runs in the cloud. Your API keys? Stored securely in GitHub Secrets. They get injected at runtime and don't just sit around exposed somewhere. And like OpenClaw it can modify itself. I told it to add a scheduled task (a cron job) to run every 30 minutes. It figured out how to update its own config, pushed the changes back to the repo, and now it just... does that. On its own. It also builds its own tools over time. Say you tell it to check your email. It doesn't have a tool for that yet. So it looks at the API, figures out the call, writes the code, and saves that skill back into the repo. Next time? It already knows how. It only figures it out once. So your bot gets smarter the more you use it. And because everything lives in Git, if you ever wanted to share your assistant with someone, you just share the repo. They swap out their keys and they're exactly where you are. I'm working on getting this out to you all as soon as I can. It's one of those things that's easier to build than explain — but more coming shortly.

Using Github action is an excellent idea! Can't wait to see more!
The Architect vs. The Bricklayer: Why AI Consultants Must Own Outcomes
Hey Architects! In the AI automation space, there are two types of legitimate service providers: bricklayers and engineers. **The Bricklayer Approach** Bricklayers show up asking tactical questions: "What features do you want? Which platform? What's your budget?" When results fall short, they deflect responsibility: "You're the one who asked for it this way." They execute orders without questioning whether those orders make sense. **The Architect Approach** Architects refuse to discuss solutions until they understand the business goals. They lead the discovery process, challenge assumptions, and design the right system through collaboration—not order-taking. Most importantly, they own the outcome. If the solution doesn't deliver results, it's their responsibility to fix it. **The Distinction That Matters** Bricklayers treat clients as decision-makers. Architects treat themselves as accountable guides. If you want to be a high-paid AI consultant, your job is to: - Understand client goals first - Save clients from poor decisions - Lead the strategy and design - Own the results completely The market doesn't need more bricklayers taking orders. It needs architect who deliver outcomes.

Inside My $50K/month AI Product (drop questions below)
Hey guys, I dropped the new video (plus the example course in the classroom). In this video, I’ll show you the exact system I used to scale an AI automation product to $50K/month — without sales calls — and only one group call each week. You’ll see the full breakdown: - How my sales funnel works from first click to paying client - The onboarding and client journey that removes headaches - The internal mechanics and automations that make it run - The 3 stages of growth that got me here - The 4 limiting beliefs that hurt my business Checkout the example classroom

🤖 Automated Breaking News Videos
Hey Architects! We've got a interesting/cool one coming for you. This will one will automatically research breaking news across RSS feeds, will download the article (and will take a screenshot of the page), then generates an AI Avatar video. Then it layers the avatar on top of it using a green screen effect. Then of course finally adds captions. It combines a lot of different interesting tools! Stay tuned! Let me know what you think of if you have questions!
