#ThriveThursday - Healthier food choices
I've been trying to eat more vegetables, and I've found some really good dinner recipes online. This week, I made a recipe with spaghetti, spinach, mushrooms, tomatoes, cottage cheese, and a few other ingredients. I used protein pasta (Wegman's brand) to add more protein. It was super easy to make (everything is added to one dish) and tasted great! It's amazing how simple choices like these can make you feel so much better.

Meetups
Meeting Scott Gerrard changed the trajectory of my online business journey. We first connected when Scott was one of the top marketers inside Webtalk. What started as a simple connection grew into an incredible relationship built on trust, learning, and collaboration. Scott helped me see online business differently. I sharpened my marketing skills, discovered new opportunities, and most importantly, gained a relationship that has led to collaborations, partnerships, and experiences I never could have predicted when we first connected. That’s why I believe so strongly in the power of relationships. One genuine connection can change your entire trajectory. You never know where one conversation might lead.

@Shawn Ziem I 100% agree with your feelings about the power of relationships! It truly is amazing how people and special moments can shape our lives in beautiful, unexpected ways.
WHAT NEEDS TO GO?
We usually talk about what we need to ADD to reach our goals. Another strategy. Another tool. Another opportunity. Another hour of work. But maybe that's the wrong question. What could you REMOVE? A distraction? A commitment that no longer serves you? Thirty minutes of mindless scrolling? Trying to be everywhere and do everything? Sometimes growth doesn't require adding more to an already packed life. It requires creating space for the things that actually matter. So here's today's challenge: Identify ONE thing you're willing to do less of so you can give something important more of you. Sacrifice isn't always doing without. Sometimes it's simply choosing what's worth your time.

It's easy to get caught up in the shiny new tools that promise to make things easier. However, it's better to become a master of a few rather than a dabbler in many. It's time to take a look at what I'm really using and get rid of anything I'm not. 😊
