At 37 I really wanted to do calisthenics but had no idea where to start!
Came across Caliexpert and saw how affordable it was to have access to so many incredible programs alongside male and female coaching perspectives. The community is so positive, people from all over the world at all different ages and life stages just giving it ago. There's no pressure, I just log in and follow the program. Progress comes anyway as long I show up with the right tools (program & coaching) 🙌
