@Erik Ochoa I would build the funnel like this: Ads + Content → Followers → Community → Clients The artists that you see following you, consistently engaging with you, and eventually joining your community are the FIRST people I would start trying to sell your services to. Think about the difference between that and a cold DM. They already know who you are, they like something you're doing, and they've chosen to enter your ecosystem. They're going to be way warmer than some random artist you're reaching out to for the first time. My goals would probably be 1K–3K new targeted followers over the next 3 months and 100–150 people in the community during that same time. I wouldn't stop cold outreach completely either. I'd just stop relying on it as your primary way of getting clients. Ideally, you're building enough attention around yourself that you're creating warm leads at the same time. The other thing I'd keep in mind is that you're actually building two audiences at once. You have fans who might eventually buy music, merch, tickets, experiences, etc. But because you're also a producer who mixes and masters, you're naturally going to attract artists who could buy beats, mixing/mastering, features and other services from you. So I wouldn't make all of your content just "listen to my new song." Some of your content should naturally show off that you're a dope producer/engineer too. Let people see you making beats, breaking down production, mixing records, working on your own music, etc. If you do that right, your artist career can become the top of funnel for your service business, and your service business can generate cash to reinvest into your artist career. That's a way more realistic path to eventually doing music full time IMO than waiting for streaming alone to pay all the bills.
