Lisa came into my life as I was wanting to make major changes to improve my wellbeing. From the first meeting, she listened to my health concerns and gave practical advice. After several meetings involving doing a deep-dive into my health, habits, and changes I wish to make, she gave me a path to make them happen. Since following her advice and working with my body type (dosha), I’ve been able to see real results. Lisa’s Ayurvedic knowledge and caring nature has changed my life for the better.
