Ako, with my last client, just because I was too shy to ask which holiday to observe (kung US ba or PH) I ended up not having holidays during those 3 years lol. One time she even asked me if I was off on new year's eve. I thought it was common knowledge huhuhu oh well, that is why dapat kasama yun sa pinag uusapan kapag onboarding. Anyways...
