This group was more than the average group. It was more than just a challenge. It was a variety of women from all over that became a sisterhood motivating, inspiring, encouraging, uplifting, and challenging each other to meet daily goals. This challenge helped build discipline and determination. It proved if we do the work we will reap the benefits of the promise To lose at least 10 pounds in 21days. The best part is the coach isn’t just telling you what to do. She is showing up doing the same.
