What’s REALLY stopping you from making money with AI Automation?
You’ve learned AI Automation. You know there’s money in it. You may even know how to build automations… But you’re still not landing clients. 👀 So what’s the actual problem? Is it: 1️⃣ Outreach — You don’t know who to contact, what to say, or how to get replies? 2️⃣ Getting clients — You can build the automation, but you don’t know how to turn it into an offer people will actually pay for? 3️⃣ Tools & resources — You don’t have access to the right tools (free Gohighlevel) or free resources to practice and build real systems? 4️⃣ Tech — The technical side feels overwhelming, especially when something breaks or you don’t know how to build it? 5️⃣ Confidence — You know what to do, but you’re still afraid to reach out and put yourself out there? 6️⃣ Something else — Maybe there’s another obstacle nobody is talking about. 👇 Be honest: what’s the ONE thing stopping you right now? Drop the number (1–6) or explain your situation in the comments. Let’s see what the biggest roadblock is for people in this community and help each other get past it.

The AI Automation Problem Nobody Talks About 🤖
A lot of people here are learning how to build AI Agents and automations, but I think one of the hardest parts isn't actually building them. It's knowing what problem to solve. You can build an amazing AI Agent, but if it doesn't solve a real business problem, the business owner probably won't care. One simple example: A business gets 50+ enquiries every month, but the owner is busy and sometimes takes hours to respond. Instead of just telling them, "I can build you an AI Agent," think about the actual problem: What if someone could respond to those enquiries 24/7, answer common questions, qualify the lead, collect their details and help them book a call? Now you're not really selling AI. You're solving missed opportunities. I've found that when you start looking at businesses this way, it becomes much easier to know what kind of automation to build and how to explain the value. I'm curious what's the biggest challenge you're currently facing with AI automation? Is it finding clients, knowing what to build, pricing, or actually getting the automation to work properly? Would be interesting to hear what everyone is struggling with.

Stop Selling AI. Sell the Cost of the Problem.
One sales secret that’s been really useful: stop selling AI and start selling the cost of the problem. Instead of saying, I can build you an AI agent, ask: • What repetitive process is eating up the most time? • How many hours does it take each week? • Who is doing it and what does that time cost? • What does the business lose when it’s slow, manual, or error prone? Then turn that into a simple Cost of Inaction → Automation ROI conversation. For example, if a team spends 30 hours/week on a repetitive task at $30/hour, that’s roughly $46k/year in labor. Now the conversation isn't Do you want an AI automation? It's: Would it make sense to invest $10k to eliminate a ~$46k/year problem? The key is: don't automate the coolest process. Automate the most expensive bottleneck. Pain → Cost → Bottleneck → Automation → ROI → Proof → Low-risk next step. I think this mindset can help a lot of people in the community sell automation based on business outcomes rather than AI hype.
