Day 1 homework
5 struggles 1. Hard labor full time. I work a full time job as a diesel technician and do bodybuilding as well it gets extremely hard to find motivation  2. Anxiety. I struggle with social anxiety which puts a lot of strain and stress on myself and relationships  3. Money. Recently moving has caused a huge financial instability and is terrifying knowing I am losing money every month.  4. Body dysmorphia. I’ve always had a problem feeling insecure about either my weight or body sense a young age even doing bodybuilding competitions and getting good placements I still feel I’m not good enough 5. Uncertainty. Not knowing what’s to come scares me ever sense highschool I was scared to chase what I truly wanted to pursue and not being willing to chase my goals because they were outside of my comfort zone Contrasting wins 1. I’ve learned so much im able to make money besides my full time job by fixing other peoples vehicles and my own as well as coaching people with workout plans dieting and posing for bodybuilding 2. I got to move to an area far away from home to explore life away from everything I know and be in an overall positive energy environment 3. Big city living in the big city opens more large Chance of success and being able to do more for people both coaching and more ways to get my name out  4. Ever sense a young age I’ve always had a passion for fitness by watching both power lifting and bodybuilding competitions and I’ve gotten to full fill my dream of becoming a bodybuilder by putting in hard work and practice  5. Once I started taking those goals seriously, I found bodybuilding. What started as chasing something for myself became a way to help other people chase their goals too. Hook 1. I used to coast through life. Now I wonder how much time I’ve wasted waiting to chase my goals. Hook 2. You might think the biggest risk is failing. But what if it’s something you’re doing every day without noticing ? Hook 3. Waiting feels safe…until you realize life can change while you’re still deciding. What are you actually waiting for?

@Daniel Coffeen 5 struggles revamped. 1. Hard labor full time. I work as a full time tech each day I personally get fucked up physically and mentally I get pushed to the god damn edge of my limit trying to keep a high enough efficiency to make good money even then I fuck my body up to a point I lose motivation to do what I actually love which is body building I constantly am lifting objects that are 100 plus pounds it’s not shaped in ways it’s easy to lift it’s often very akward but you gotta make it work. 2. Anxiety. I’ve always had anxiety but I feel like I’ve always had good reason example at 18 years old I was a senior in highschool living on my own with my girlfriend by the time I got into college paying for it got to hard even while working full time I had to choose between having a home or pursuing my degree so I got evicted from my home my girlfriend went and stayed with her family in Puerto Rico for a month and I slept in the back of a car going to work full time and class everyday nights in absolute fear what might happen not knowing if someone might bust in my car and hurt me and not having any support I stayed up late and restless most nights. 3. Money. I just moved to a new residence and am already struggling to pay rent I recently had to take out money for loans just to get by and I am already in debt after paying my rent and utilities I no longer have enough money to buy groceries and I now owe 2 companies money monthly although I’m working full time I got so behind in the moving process I now have to dig myself out of a whole.  4. Body dysmorphia. I’ve always been tall and at a young age I was fat around the age of 12 years old I was 5’11 185 lbs holding very little muscle I constantly thought I was fat even tho I was always an athlete sense I even was in 1st grade I was in every sport I could do basketball, wrestling, football, started doing track in junior high, but I never fit the image I never had the abs like my friends so when I decided to change I did it wrong between ages 12-14 years old I went full starvation diet just letting my body eat away at itself the most it could so by the time I was 14 I was 6’0 132 lbs skinny as a rail and I still just thought my body was disappointing whether being fat or skinny I realized my body would always disappoint me in comparison to other people 5. Uncertainty. I recently had uncertainty become an issue Jan 2nd 2025 my perspective changed for ever, it was a normal day I went to my parents house to have dinner with my child hood friend who was like a brother to me me and my dad had been fighting previously in the day and he wasn’t talking to me at the dinner it was prime rib and fried potatoes my dad got to take one bite of prime rib started chugging his whiskey immediately my mom asked if it went down the wrong pipe he stood up walked to the bathroom hand on throat closed the door on himself then you just heard the bang on the floor he was a large man 6,4 260 lbs immediately me and my friend got the door smashed in to find my dad/bestfriend on the floor blood spreading on the floor because when he fell down he hit his head on the cast iron dog food and water bowl holder I can’t go into more detail in just one story of all that happened but watching my hero pass away changed my perspective knowing we had plans the next day I realized nothings garunteed life can change instantly.
