Who I am: My name is Larry Hill. I’m from Kentucky. I have about 17 years of experience in operations and supply chain. I’ve started a couple of businesses and spent years building a fitness coaching business, where I handled everything from client systems to delivery and operations. My goal: My short-term goal is to land my first AI automation client in the next 30 days. My long-term goal is to build a full-scale AI agency where I understand and can operate every part of the business. My why: I originally got into AI through ChatGPT to support my fitness business, and it completely changed how I work. I became highly efficient with it, saw real leverage, and started paying attention to where AI is heading. The more I learned, the more I realized this is what I want to build long-term. I want to create an agency that helps real businesses operate better, while building something scalable that gives me ownership, control, and long-term freedom.
