Across the first two cycles of the Nimiq Mini Apps Competition, we've seen an incredible 204 submissions, with 7 official winners selected! Choosing the winners was no easy task. Many apps impressed us, some came incredibly close to winning, and others simply became personal favorites of the Council. We believe great efforts deserve recognition, even when they don't make it to the podium. That's why the Nimiq Community Council has decided to award $100 USD in $NIM to each of these 9 projects across the 2 last cycles! It’s official! Cycle 3 is here and we’re doing things differently this time. We listened to your feedback from Cycle 2 and made some changes. Instead of building anything, this cycle has a theme: PAY. SAVE. EARN. The focus is on Mini Apps that bring real functionality to Nimiq Pay, things people will actually open and use.
