Finding Peace in Solitude and Loneliness
Scripture: Moses 1:12, 15 Loneliness can leave us feeling exposed to feelings of insignificance and fear, just as Moses experienced on the mountain. Yet, when we call upon God in our darkest hours, the Savior reminds us of our true, divine identity and fills our hearts with His loving presence. Christ bore ultimate isolation in Gethsemane so that you would never have to walk alone.

@Todd Thelin Yes!! Our "sacred grove" or "burning bush" moments look different than the prophets, however the Lord will speak to us if we speak to him. We are asked to bring all of our thoughts to Him. The good thoughts, the hard thoughts, and our questions. He will always answer and respond to us. Sometimes we just have to sit still and wait for the answer. Peace is always given. The Lord is amazing and loving. I am so grateful for my relationship with him!!
The Biology and Blessing of Divine Peace
Scripture: Doctrine and Covenants 6:22–23 Our physical bodies were literally designed by God to thrive in a state of peace, shifting out of "fight or flight" mode when our mind settles. When Christ speaks peace to our minds, He brings holistic healing that restores both physical tension and spiritual exhaustion. Spiritual peace is a tangible, body-and-mind gift from a loving Savior.

The Gift of Unearthly Calm
Scripture: John 14:27 Unlike the world, which offers peace only when circumstances are comfortable, Jesus Christ offers an enduring peace that thrives right in the middle of trial and uncertainty. His peace acts as a divine anchor, assuring us that we do not have to live at the mercy of unpredictable tomorrows because He walks alongside us today. **Discussion question: What makes it so challenging for us to surrender our desire for worldly certainty or control? How can leaning into Christ's promises help us let go of the need to fix or predict every outcome?

Drowning in Plain Sight
Scripture: Matthew 14:30–31 It is entirely possible to be surrounded by people while secretly feeling like you are suffocating under the weight of life. Just as Peter sank beneath the waves on the Sea of Galilee, Jesus sees your silent distress long before anyone else notices. The moment you reach out, He immediately extends His hand to lift you up out of the deep.
