r3generate-method

I hate to think what my life would be like and how limited my movement would be had I not been fortunate to discover Jay and his method. Having this method has drastically improved my life. Throughout my life I have worried about posture and body alignment but it took meeting Jay and doing his classes for me to get my body organized and aligned. My cervical spine has its curve back. I play my viola without pain. My body just works so much better. Wide variety of classes so I don't get bored.
