Hey friends! I’m Laura! I’m new here! I’m just getting started on things with my Coach Miranda! I’m excited to be here and learn all the new things! Got in a good lower body workout this morning!

Happy Friday I hope everyone is having a great day! I am putting together a memorial/ awareness event/ service for Wang Wang and her puppies. I think I’m the only one her that lives in Alabama but I do plan to live stream it via Facebook and maybe instagram ( if I can figure how to do that). Date of event: October 3 2026 ( Saturday) Time: 1:00-2:00 pm Location: Hannah Daye Ridling Dog Park. Even though this is labeled a dog memorial I’m hoping that it will click in some pet lovers heads that we are all fighting for the same thing. And will be one step closer to what Wang Wang would want( a vegan world).
