Ilana’s Method helped my body wake up again. After my accident, my body felt dull; amnesia set in. IM gave me a new body map to return my vitality. My neck and chest had been too inhibited to support my posture, and my shoulders and back took too much responsibility. Tongue work is changing that. By extending my tongue as part of my chest while in Rainbow, my front and back felt integrated, lifting me toward the sky. I was elated! Now my body leads the way.
