keto-with-kerry-community-5074

Kerry has helped me start on my keto journey, (which i never thought I would say this) but I absolutely love it! Even the fasting, it's completely been a lifestyle change for me, that i intend to keep. I'm just a couple of pounds off my first stone. And feeling so much better in myself. The community on here is so supportive. The information, recipes, Wednesday meet up on line, is amazing. It's something that I have stuck to, I have energy, sleep better, and I'm losing weight. No looking back💪
