What is perfect anyway? Bread baking is not about getting every loaf "perfectly" right the first time. It is about giving yourself space to learn, make mistakes, notice what your dough is teaching you, and make something delicious in the process. Start with one loaf a week. Make one adjustment at a time. That is enough. One loaf can become toast in the morning, sandwiches at lunch, soup night at dinner, and a backup in the freezer. You do not have to bake every day to make a meaningful difference in your home. This week, let go of the pressure to be perfect. Bake the loaf in front of you. Take a note. Celebrate what worked. Then choose just one small thing to try next time. That is how confidence grows: one loaf, one lesson, one week at a time. If you are ready for more support, come join us as a BBW Member. You’ll get weekly live coaching calls, helpful Q&A, and full access to every Bread & Butter Way course—so you always know what to focus on next and have a community baking alongside you. 👉 Upgrade to Premium BBW Members and bake with us each week. BBW Coaching Call is Wednesday, 11am central. What is one thing you are working on in your bread baking this week? Drop it in the comments.
