A Bit Different Welcome Home Sunday
Here At The Mindful Journey, coming home is a journey of returning home to yourself, your heart, your spirit divine connection. Many of us, to no fault of our own, have spent years disconnected from who we truly are. Sometimes that disconnection came through abuse, addiction, trauma, grief, rejection, low self-worth, unhealthy relationships, or experiences that taught us simply to survive. Sometimes it happened much more quietly. We became caregivers. People-pleasers. The strong one. The responsible one. The person everyone else could depend upon. And somewhere along the way, we stopped asking: What do I need? What do I feel? What do I believe? What brings me alive? Who am I beneath everything I have learned to be? The Mindful Journey is an invitation to begin asking those questions again. Here, mindfulness isn't simply about learning to quiet the mind. Mindfulness becomes the pathway back to ourselves. We learn to become present enough to notice where we have disconnected. Grounded enough to remain with ourselves when difficult emotions arise. Compassionate enough to look at our story without allowing shame to define us. Courageous enough to create boundaries and stop abandoning ourselves. Still enough to hear our own voice again. And connected enough to remember the Divine presence within us. We are not trying to erase the past. We are not trying to become the person we were before life happened. We are gathering the pieces. Learning from them. Honoring them. And allowing ourselves to become someone new. Because eventually the question changes. We stop asking only: “How do I heal from what happened?” And begin asking: “Who am I becoming now?” That is where healing begins to become embodiment. Where surviving begins to become living. Where self-doubt begins to become self-trust. Where searching outside ourselves begins to become listening within. And where we discover that home was never a destination we needed to find. Home is the relationship we rebuild with ourselves.

Gratitude in the Dark Times
Hello everyone, I do hope you are doing well today and feeking Gratitude in your heart. I know Gratitude is easy when life feels good. It is easy to be thankful when the path is clear, our hearts are light, and life seems to be moving in the direction we hoped. But what about the dark times? What about the days when we are grieving, struggling, uncertain, disappointed, exhausted, or simply trying to make it through? Those may be the moments when gratitude becomes one of our most powerful practices. Gratitude does not mean pretending everything is okay. It does not mean ignoring our pain or forcing ourselves to find something positive in an experience that hurts. Sometimes gratitude simply means finding one small light in the darkness. ✨ The person who called to check on you. ✨ The warm cup of coffee in your hands. ✨ The bed that held you when you were exhausted. ✨ The sunrise reminding you that another day has arrived. ✨ The strength you discovered because you had no choice but to keep going. ✨ The breath moving through your body right now. And sometimes gratitude is simply being able to say: “This is hard…and I am still here.” Like when my friend dued recently, I was hurting but then turned inward to my Heart Space and remembered all I had learned from our friendship and I fekt and saw a glimpse of light in the darkness. Believe me, I know it isn't always easy but it is always possible. There is something sacred about learning to hold both. I can be hurting and grateful. I can be uncertain and hopeful. I can grieve what I have lost and appreciate what remains. I can walk through darkness without forgetting that somewhere, even if I cannot see it yet, there is still light. 🌿 A Gratitude Practice for Difficult Days Place both hands over your heart. Take 3 slow breaths in and out And gently ask yourself: What is still good? Not What should I be grateful for? Not Why shouldn't I feel this way? Simply… What is still good? Maybe the answer is very small.

🌿 Grounding Tuesday | Come Back to Your Center
Good morning, beautiful souls. 🤎 Today is Grounding Tuesday inside The Mindful Journey—a day to slow down, reconnect, and practice what we are learning. Grounding is more than putting our feet on the earth. It is the practice of coming back into ourselves. When life feels busy, emotions feel heavy, or our minds begin moving in a hundred different directions, grounding reminds us: Come back to the breath. Come back to the body. Come back to the heart. Come back Home. Today, take a few quiet moments. 🌿 Place both hands over your heart. 🌿 Close your eyes and take three slow, intentional breaths. 🌿 Feel your feet connected to the Earth beneath you. 🌿 Imagine roots extending from your body deep into the Earth. 🌿 With each breath, allow yourself to become more present. Then gently ask: “What do I need today to feel centered, supported, and connected to myself?” Remember Sometimes the most powerful thing you can do is become still enough to hear yourself again. ✨ And don't forget—we have LIVE COACHING TONIGHT! Come exactly as you are. We'll gather together, reconnect, practice, and continue walking this journey Home to ourselves. I hope you'll join me. 🤎 Today's affirmation: ✨ I am grounded. I am present. I am connected to my heart. I am safe within my own center. I am Home within myself. ✨ Welcome Home. With Love and Gratitude Laurie Rolling | The Mindful Journey

🌿 WELCOME HOME SUNDAY 🌿
The Mindful Journey — Returning Home to Yourself Before you move into another week, give yourself permission to simply arrive here. Place both hands over your heart. Close your eyes if it feels comfortable. Take 3 slow breaths in... and gently breathe out. . Whisper quietly to yourself: “I am here. I am present. I am home.” Sometimes we spend so much time thinking about where we are going that we forget to recognize how far we have already come. You are not standing in the same place you were a week ago, a month ago, or even a year ago. Something within you has been growing. Something has been shifting. Something has been remembering. 🌿 Sunday Reflection Ask yourself: What did this past week teach me about myself? Where did I feel most connected to who I truly am? What do I want to carry forward into this new week? And then ask one more question: What would it look like to show up for myself just a little more fully this week? Remember You don't have to have all the answers. You don't have to know exactly where the path is leading. Sometimes the next step becomes visible only after we become still enough to see it. So today, come back to your breath. Come back to your heart. Come back to the quiet place within you where your truth still lives. This is your center point. This is where you begin again. This is home. 💛 🌿 Affirmation for the Week I trust the wisdom within me. I honor who I am becoming. I move into this week grounded, present, and connected to my heart. I am home within myself. Welcome Home. 🌿 With Love and Gratitude Laurie Rolling | The Mindful Journey Returning Home to Yourself
