@Karen Lewis , since I am more clearly aligned with relationships by my work, I often speak about the core reason marriages get into trouble, and the ways to start rebuilding. Since entrepreneurs are often over-focused on their companies — only to find a suffering marriage — I speak about the importance of having that steady relationship in the midst of the entrepreneurial roller-coaster. But generally, I tailor my talk to the audience I am speaking to.

@Karen Lewis , the podcasts have certainly been instrumental. But to be honest, they come through from multiple channels, most of which are a bit tough to quantify. It’s harder to track from books and podcasts than other avenues.
