🧬 Would You Be Interested in a Peptide Educational Series?
Hey everyone, I’m considering adding a full educational series on peptides to the community, and before I start building it, I want to hear from you. Peptides have become incredibly popular, but there is also a lot of hype, confusion, and questionable information surrounding them. Some have meaningful human research behind them, while others are supported primarily by animal studies or early mechanistic evidence. My goal would be to break them down the same way we approach everything else here: biology first, evidence first, ideology last. We could explore peptides such as BPC-157, KPV, GHK-Cu, TB-500/Thymosin Beta-4, PT-141, GLP-1 related peptides, and others, looking at what they do, the pathways they influence, the quality of the human evidence, potential risks, and areas such as cardiovascular health, metabolism, recovery, body composition, sexual health, and longevity. This would be an educational series, not simply “here's a peptide, take this.” I want you to understand the biology well enough to separate promising science from marketing. Would this be something you'd like me to add to the community? And which peptide or area would you want me to cover first? Drop your thoughts below. 👇 Eat Based On Your Biology, Not Ideology™

Away This Week, Back for Tuesday’s Class
Hi everyone, A quick reminder that I’m away this week and will be back next week for our Tuesday class. In the meantime, please keep your questions and messages coming in. Feel free to post anything you want me to review, look into, or discuss. I will go through everything when I’m back and respond in detail so I can give each question the attention it deserves. Thank you for your patience, and I’m looking forward to catching up with everyone next week. Maurice

@Maurice Daher Looking forward to seeing you and the puppies on Tuesday morning! I hope you're enjoying the time with your family. How do they like Kash? Wishing you safe and smooth travels back 🙏 to your heavenly land far away from the dense metropolitan city that you may currently be surrounded with. Who gets to ride shotgun with you on the way home? Duke or Kash? 🐶😁 Hopefully, they are both well behaved during the entire road trip.
NO CLASS TODAY
Slight emergency had to leave last night.. should be back shortly will touch base with everyone.

@Maurice Daher Thank you, Maurice, for sharing this update. Goodness! What an ordeal! I can only imagine how the dogs might destroy your home if they decided to chase the bat. 🦇🐶 Grateful that the bat decided to finally leave and you and the pups are able to return to normality. Please consider setting an "Out of Office" assistant message that you're on the road traveling for a family wedding and you'll return on ______________. All of us SKOOL members know how dedicated you are to us, but we also understand that you deserve rest and time off from the many, many demands we pose upon you. You're very hardworking and although we will miss your ongoing responsiveness, we understand that you need to take time to enjoy life and your family. Grateful that you'll all safe. Wishing you safe and smooth travels to Calgary in the days ahead. 🙂
Updated Lab Results for Review
@Maurice Daher Attached is my blood work results spreadsheet. I'm not sure where to start as several markers are up, then down. In March 2026, I consulted with you after my liver panel numbers flew off the chart. My body was also feeling differently for the past couple of months. We determined that my intake of fat grams was much too high and that I needed to cut back on fat. I also introduced walking (or other stress movements) for 10 - 20 minutes after each meal. Four weeks later, my liver numbers had returned to more acceptable levels. In early April, my APO B and cholesterol jumped significantly. I consulted with you again as I was concerned about this significant shift. I thought that these markers would go down since I was reducing fat in my diet. I didn't realize that the body still needs to adapt to ratio changes that I made, i.e., higher fat grams to protein ratio ➡️ higher protein to fat grams ratio. Sure enough, after 60 days of maintaining my higher protein to fat grams ratio, my APO B and cholesterol numbers eased. My liver numbers also seemed to level out (except my AST jumped a bit). It's now been ~140 days since I reduced the amount of daily fat. I continue to consume more total protein grams than total fat grams. I expected my APO B level to drop from that of June. My triglyercides decreased 10 points and my Oxidized LDL went to 29 (both of which I'm happy about). I am concerned though about several other markers and have highlighted them in yellow. My Vit B12 continues to exceed >2000 pg/mL for more than 75 days. My insulin also jumped to 4.1 from 2.1 during this same period and my glucose hit 103 (from 90). I ran more thyroid panel markers when I had my blood work done 2 weeks ago. My Free T3 level still suggests I'm undereating. RE: Free T3 level... I'm eating 2 - 3 meals a day. I eat until I'm stuffed each time. I'm eating primarily organic grass fed ground beef (w/ some lamb and renegrade beef mixed in), organic grass fed yogurt and organic grass fed cheese. I introduced organic grass fed kefir about 2 weeks ago to make egg nog. I was scrambling my organic pasture raised eggs or cooking the eggs as an omelette. I now know the impact of cooking eggs so I started separating the yolk from the white and blending it with kefir. I add a teaspoon of pumpkin spice and vanilla and it's absolutely delicious! This is how I intend to consume my eggs from now on. I cooked the whites and consume them separately. I also make my own L. Reuteri yogurt with organic half and half. I also eat organic chicken sausage a few times a week. This is it though. I know you stress for us not to count calories. What guidance can you provide me on how much food I should consume daily? Should I try to squeeze in a 4th meal? I walk for 15-20 minutes twice a day, then usually do air squats and push-ups for 15 - 20 minutes after dinner. I work out at the gym 4X/week.

@Tom Flounders @Maurice Daher Hi Tom, I typically try to get out the door within 15 minutes of finishing my meal. I asked Maurice what for the most ideal timing to commence our walk. I believe he said within 10 - 15 minutes of finishing our meal. There are times that I don't start walking until 20 -25 minutes after my meal, but I do my best to stick to the 10- 15 minute target.🫠🚶‍♀️
Pomegranate extract
@Maurice Daher Hi Maurice I’ve just completed the nitrates vs cirtulline module and am catching up on the live videos so you may have answered this question already, sorry. I’ve found some supplements on IHerb for pomegranate extract but what percentage of punicalagins is needed for the supplement to be beneficial please? Thank you ☺️

@Marek Data HI Marek - Inadvertently forgot to add your name to my post above. Sorry! Please check it out as I know you've commented about pomegranates in other posts. 🙂

@Maurice Daher Thank you, Maurice, for your analysis and thoughts regarding the video. I do plan to consume the peel and white meat as well as the arils in the future though. I've only been focusing on the arils all these years! 😬
