Started as tips. Ended as reflex.

The first week I added git checkpoints — suddenly rollback went from "oh no, what did I change" to 30 seconds. Safety made me bolder.

The second week I split prompts into one-thing-per-prompt — suddenly my git history went from "features and fixes" to a clean timeline. Debugging became surgical.

By week three I'd internalized session memory + NOTES.md checkpoints.
