I started training FlexTheory method in 2019. I did 8 private sessions to fix my lower right side back pain. I continued practicing what I was taught for a few more weeks then all at once, my back opened up like an accordion unfolding. I keep coming back to FlexTheory. I’m still sprinting 100 m regularly. I turn 45 years old this week.
