Hey everyone, happy Saturday. I am planning out some initial content and I am wondering how you all feel about learning from these two sources. Would you rather have a 2 minute long video with live teaching or a 30 second video that pairs with a simple set of slides to follow?

This holiday weekend I am overwhelmed with gratitude for my family and the time I have this weekend to spend with them. They are the reason I am building this space. I would love to know what all of you are doing and what you are most grateful for right now?

Today I got to witness my son shine and feel is pain. He finished in 3rd place for the team national championship trials, but qualified for the single Championship in July 26'. I saw his smile and his tears all in a few moments and the car ride, was filled with emotions from all, but I am enjoying this journey with him and his mom and I are there for every emotion he's willing to share.
