When I joined MCC, I had almost accepted that this was the weight I was supposed to be as I turned 50.  I had tried a few times to lose weight but it was hard and it didn't seem to want to shift.  Joining MCC was a breath of fresh air.  I was given tools so I could help myself, a new way of losing weight which worked for me, a supportive community of people all in a similar position and access to two great PTs who I could be accountable to and there to answer questions.  Highly recommend.
