@Ron Ambrosio or a whole lot of sting. Copper irritates a lot of people. I've spoken to people who have had to double dilute it just to make it tolerable. I personally add between 5 & 8 ml bac water & store it in a 10 ml bottle otherwise it's unbearable

@Michael Anthony I wasn't getting defensive at all. I was just saying I trust the head of Janoshik lab who's a scientist more than a company with possibly no medical or scientific background. And I said 90 days not 10 years. 🤣 Most peptide vendors & suppliers have only been in business a year or 2 there's very few right now that have been operating for years. People see a quick 💵 to be made & new companies keep popping up daily. 9 out of 10 are just relabeling what they but in bulk from China. Kinda wild out here compared to a few years ago.

@Michael Anthony any big pharma company is suspect to most people. Hell about a year and a half ago one of Lilly's biggest labs got hit twice with the most serious violations they give out when inspection is done. One violation for sterility practices & one for material handling. Also about 6-9 months back I think it was they did independent tests on bac water Hospira & other vendors to test the amt of alcohol to see if it was as it advertised and Hospira failed. Just because you've done something for a long time doesn't mean you're doing it well. A peptide vendor actually had the best levels. I'd have to go back & look it up to see who. My point is, anyone can say anything about their products & as we found out many times it's usually the bigger companies that most people view as more trustworthy that are lying to us the most. If you go in and research how many FDA approved drugs get either Black Box warnings or pulled from distribution for not being safe you'd think twice about how much trust you put in big pharmaceutical companies hell it was a big pharmaceutical company that single-handedly revived the heroin epidemic with Oxycontin the FDA knew what it was and they just kept approving larger dose formulations that big pharmaceutical company damn near crippled an entire town using them as their test subjects. I have a very healthy distrust for the FDA and big pharmaceutical companies after everything I've read over the years that they have tried to bury. Like I said everybody's going to do their own thing whatever makes you comfortable is what you should do. Personally I'm going to put my trust in the one who has nothing to gain by issuing a particular opinion and a Testing Lab has nothing to gain by giving an opinion about stability or life of products that's not where they make their money. It is usually all about the 💵💰💰

After making sure you are getting 7 hrs sleep a night minimum, your protein is at least 100 g a day, your water intake and fiber intake is on point, you are getting some form of exercise that you break a sweat at least 3 times a week, because all of these things matter a lot in moving the needle; then it's time to consider what they found in the trials happens at around 18 months +/-. Your body's natural metabolism kicks back in and starts to fight the glp to take over and level out at the weight you are at. I happen to be at that point right now. After reading a lot of things in other groups and online I have decided to do an 8-week washout period to give my receptors a break. My food noise/hunger is very strong so I already know I will need either Cagrilintide or Eloralintide to suppress it or I will definitely start to gain more than the 7 pounds I already have. I've used Cagri before and already know how strong it is and I have heard Elora isn't as harsh on the system so I may go with the Elora to see.

When I switched, I read a bunch of literature on it and once your body is already acclimated to a glp all you're doing is switching to a different glp with an added agonist so there really is no shock to the system. I was at 9mg Tirz and came in at 5 mg of Reta with no ill effects. It seems like there's almost a level of fear around peptide use and a lot of people start them at a dose far below a level in the trials and below a level that provides any effects then wonder why they don't notice anything the 1st couple months.

@RJeano Jackson the nay sayers come in because you are basically double dosing your glp. All Reta is, is another glp with an added agonist so you are taking two of the same things that's why folks say it's unnecessary. At that point just go all Reta on a dose equal to the two combined because keeping the Tirz isn't doing anything better than simply upping the Reta to equal the combined dose. I totally see the logic.
