😂 Well... this escalated quickly. I started working on a simple resource around organic community growth. I'm now sitting with a 48+ page workbook open in Canva wondering how on earth that happened. 😂🌱 The reason I kept adding to it is because the more I thought about community growth, the more I realised that there isn't one magic growth tactic. Your community might not need more content. It might need more conversations. If you're trying to get more visibility for your community today, try this: Go into 3 communities where your ideal members already hang out. Don't promote your community. Instead, find one recent post where someone is asking a genuine question or talking about a problem you understand. Leave a thoughtful answer. Not a one-liner. Not "great post!" Actually help them. Visibility isn't always about getting people to see your link. Sometimes it's about getting the right people to notice you before you ever mention your link. Try it with just 3 conversations today and see what happens. Who Do You Know? I think one of the most underrated growth strategies for a Skool community is knowing other community owners. Think about it. They know people you don't. You know people they don't. Their community may be exactly what one of your members needs. Your community may be exactly what one of theirs needs. And sometimes two community owners can create something together that neither could have created alone. That's why I'm a big believer in community owners connecting with other community owners. It's one of the reasons I created Skool Nexus. Because you never know when a simple: "Hey, what are you building?" turns into a collaboration, a referral, a friendship—or your next member.
