Updates
I purchased a bundle of the most popular tracks originally and I noticed something. Periodically there is an email stating an update is available. The issue I’m having is that it never details what the update/s is/are? Would it be possible to get some sort of note as to what’s been updated in future? Thank you

@Heather Aitken it’s sometimes frustrating when things are different I get that, I would say that getting extra tracks to listen is a great win too. The customer service is always excellent so if ever there is something that’s not feeling right for you just reach out and they will always assist you. Try not to worry about things changing from what you are used to, you always have the option to keep your existing versions if they are working for you.
Thank you 💛
Hi Kenny. Just wanted to tell you: I've only purchased your Melodic Affirmations end of last week but have been listening daily ever since. Some of the tracks have truly touched me deeply! And then others are so much fun that they make me get up to dance around the flat and shift my energy and uplift me. I love the variety. Really truly, these are amazing. Thank you so much for creating these. 🙏🏻

I’m with you on the dancing @Magdalena M , I have some go to ones for that too 😂, when no one’s watching of course!
🧠 Your Brain Is Always Listening — Even to the Things You Say as a Joke
Have you ever caught yourself saying: “I’m terrible with money.” “I’ve always been an anxious person.” “I have no self-control.” “I’m just not confident.” We often say these things casually, but when the same message is repeated over and over, it can start becoming part of the story we believe about ourselves. And once something becomes part of your identity, your behavior often follows. If you believe “I have no discipline,” skipping the workout feels consistent with who you are. But change the internal story to “I’m becoming someone who keeps promises to myself,” and suddenly taking that small action reinforces a completely different identity. This is one of the ideas behind Human Reprogram. Instead of constantly reinforcing the person you used to be, intentionally expose your mind to messages that represent the person you're becoming. And that's where repetition matters. It's also why music can be such a powerful vehicle. A melody can replay in your head hours after the music stops. When the lyrics carry positive, intentional messages, you're giving your mind something worth repeating. Be careful what you repeatedly tell yourself. Your inner dialogue eventually becomes familiar. And what becomes familiar can start to feel like who you are. 🧠🎶 What's one old statement about yourself you'd like to stop repeating?

I had to work so hard on not being unkind to myself , once I became aware and wanted to not do this I actually was shocked at the things I had been saying. I think awareness is the first step and you will honestly surprise yourself how many things you are saying unconsciously. Once I noticed I began to replace the negative thoughts with a positive one. It takes effort and time to turn it around but it’s worth it

@Kenny Sanders thanks 🙏 another big realisation for me also was to recognise that I am not my thoughts, I am the observer of the thoughts. The thoughts are just loops replaying on repeat many of them programmed long before. So when I was shocked at how cruel I was speaking to myself I also recognised that it wasn’t even really me being so cruel to myself it was actually autopilot thoughts replaying in real-time. That’s when you really can see you have the power to change it because it’s an old program and your job then is to consciously create a new one. That’s why becoming aware of what programs you are running really is the first step. Start to note down the thoughts you pick up on and consider what new program you would like to replace them with.
What’s coming up?
Hi @Kenny Sanders , just wondered if you could give us an update on what’s coming up? Are you working on any new tracks etc

@Kenny Sanders they sound great! I like the idea of Gratitude and nervous system repair sounds really useful. Are you still planning a hypnosis for healthy weight?

Your brain has one job: prove you right. 🧠
Whether you're thinking: "Nothing ever works out for me..." or... "Something amazing is going to happen today." ...your brain immediately starts looking for evidence to support that belief. Psychologists call this confirmation bias. Your brain naturally notices, remembers, and gives more attention to information that matches what you already expect. If you wake up expecting problems, you'll probably notice every inconvenience. If you wake up expecting opportunities, kindness, growth, and abundance, you'll begin noticing things that were always there—but you were previously filtering out. Tomorrow morning, before you even get out of bed, try this: ✨ "Something amazing is going to happen to me today." Then pay attention. You might be surprised by how differently your day unfolds when your mind starts looking for what's possible instead of what's wrong. What you repeatedly focus on becomes the lens through which you experience your life. ❤️

So True! I imagine if the day gets off on the wrong foot you could also reset yourself and say the rest of the day is going to be great or something to turn it around?
