I lost my flame today. Happens to the best of us right? I was one like short. But you know what? It's bittersweet. But ok. Today was a great day! I gave an impactful message this morning. I shared in beautiful fellowship with people who needed it. I celebrated a fellow laborer who has given 42 years of service. I'll get the flame back. But the flame in my heart? I'll never lose that. Sometimes Mondays can be a little challenging. That’s what’s happening today. I’ve got the every day stuff, the body butters to finish and the taxes to file (no judging). But! It’s rainy and I need some sun. So I made this Sunny Monday Blend. We have: Norway Pine aka Scots Pine to clear the brain fog. Grapefruit to energize Sweet Orange to lift the mood (and because I love it) Peppermint to sharpen the skills And Cedarwood to ground and anchor Babeee! I’m ready to go! How’s your Monday shaping up so far?

Sundays are a good day to rest, repose and prepare for the upcoming week. They’re also a good day to count our blessings and be thankful for the week that just past. I’m so grateful that I was able to upload my book to Amazon KDP. It’s in review status now and needs a minor thumbnail fix but it’s the culmination of an almost three year journey. I’ll share more later but I just want to say thank You Father and encourage everyone to continue to press on. I’m using my Frankincense and Myrrh blend to stay grounded and grateful.
