If you work with clients, this is the first automation they actually need — and most agencies skip it.
Most agency owners are optimising the wrong thing. Better targeting. Lower CPL. Improved creative. All useful. None of it matters if leads die in the intake process. Here's what's actually happening at most of your clients' businesses: → Lead comes in → Nobody responds for 2+ hours (or until the next day) → Lead books with the next option they found → Client says "the leads aren't converting" You didn't have a lead quality problem. You had a speed-to-response problem. Build them an automated intake layer: → Instant response the moment a lead shows interest → Auto-qualification through a short conversation → Hot leads pushed directly to the calendar → Nurture sequence for everyone else You'll look like a genius. Not because you got them better leads — because you stopped them from throwing the leads away. What's the first automation you run when onboarding a new client? 👇

New here — quick intro + the GHL workflow driving the most booked calls for my clients right now
Hey Robb's community — Liton here from Bangladesh. I build AI + GHL automation systems for service businesses. Found Robb through his database reactivation work (which is genuinely one of the most underrated ROI plays in GHL). Quick intro: → I help businesses plug the lead leakage after enquiries come in → GHL is my core stack (AI voice agent + workflows + CRM + calendar) → Focus: lead response, qualification, booking, and reactivation The GHL workflow getting the most booked calls for my clients right now: Stage 1: New enquiry → AI responds within 60 seconds (via workflow) Stage 2: Qualifies in 2-3 messages Stage 3: Hot lead → appointment booking link auto-sent Stage 4: Warm lead → dropped into 30-day nurture sequence Stage 5: No-shows and cold leads → reactivation campaign at 30/60/90 days Simple stack. But it closes the gap where most businesses lose 40-60% of their leads. Happy to share the workflow structure if anyone wants to adapt it for their niche or clients. What GHL workflow have you found impossible to live without?

@Mouldi Nouri Stage 0 check before the sequence fires is exactly right if they've moved to any active pipeline stage, the reactivation branch should kill itself. Most builds don't add that exit condition. They enroll once and let the sequence run regardless of what changed downstream. That's usually where the awkward messages come from.
