The 3 automation sequences every online store should be running (but most aren't)
Automation for eCommerce isn't just about saving time — it's about recovering revenue you're already generating but not capturing. 1. Abandoned cart sequence 70% of carts are abandoned. A 3-message SMS/email sequence (Day 1, Day 3, Day 5) recovers a meaningful percentage without any ad spend. 2. Post-purchase follow-up Most stores go silent after the sale. A check-in at Day 7 catches issues before they become refunds — and creates upsell opportunities naturally. 3. Win-back sequence Customers who haven't purchased in 60–90 days. A 2-message "anything we can help with?" sequence reactivates more than most stores expect. None of these require ad budget. Just the systems to run them. Which of these are you running for your store right now?

@Tony Iverson Proactive shipping communication is one of the highest-ROI automations in ecom — the chargebacks it prevents more than cover the setup time. Solid system ✅
🛡️Keeping Our Community Awesome: Community Guidelines & Rules
Hey Storebuild Family! 🚀 Our mission here is simple: to create the best environment for everyone to learn, grow, and succeed in dropshipping. To keep this space valuable for everyone, we have a few "Rules of the Road." We want to keep this community focused on high-quality support and genuine networking. To ensure that, please take a moment to review what we consider bannable offenses. What We Don't Allow 🚫 To protect the integrity of the group, the following actions will result in post removal or a permanent account ban: - External Funneling: Please do not share external links or attempt to move members to your personal platforms, private groups, or DMs for your own gain. We’re here to build this community together. - Hard Selling & Harassment: Do not "cold DM" or harass members to buy your services or products. This is a place for helping, not a marketplace for unsolicited pitches. - "Free Money" & Get-Rich-Quick Scams: Any posts offering "free money," crypto schemes, or suspicious "wealth hacks" that degrade the purpose of this group will be removed immediately. - Spamming: Repeatedly posting the same content or low-value "engagement bait" is not allowed. How to Engage Correctly ✅ We love discussion! If you want to dive deep into a topic: 1. Keep it in the Comments: If you see a post you’re interested in, please discuss it right there in the comment section. This allows everyone to benefit from the knowledge shared! 2. Support Over Sales: Lead with value. The most respected members of this community are those who help others solve problems. 3. Report Issues: If you receive a suspicious DM or see a post that violates these rules, please report it to the moderators so we can keep the community safe. Our Policy ⚖️ We believe in second chances for minor mistakes, but for the safety of our members, violating these rules or receiving multiple member complaints will lead to your account being banned and removed. Let’s keep the energy high and the focus on building successful stores! Thank you for being a part of the Storebuild.ai journey. 🤝

@Ethan Brooks Main goal is connecting with serious builders and sharing what's working in AI automation — been running client systems for a couple years and always learning from communities like this. What are you focused on right now?

@Tranquilla Trentini Hey Tranquilla! Really glad you reached out 🙌 Honestly yes — the quality of builders in here is solid. What's stood out most is seeing how many people are layering AI tools into existing workflows rather than replacing everything from scratch. What about you — what are you building and what's brought you here?
Any other new store owners here?
I'm currently building my own Shopify store, and I know the journey isn't always easy. Some days you're excited... Other days you're wondering what you're doing wrong. That's why I joined the Storebuild.ai community to learn, improve, and connect with other entrepreneurs who are serious about building a successful business. I'd love to hear from you: - What niche are you in? - What's been your biggest challenge so far? - Have you made your first sale yet? Let's support each other, share ideas, and celebrate every win big or small.

The simplest setup I’ve found for actually getting an online store off the ground
One thing I’ve noticed with starting an online business: It’s surprisingly easy to spend more time preparing to build than actually building. Researching products. Saving ideas. Watching tutorials. Writing down things you “need to do.” Then suddenly you have 30 tabs open and still haven’t launched anything. I’ve been trying to keep my setup much simpler: - AI → product research, brainstorming, copy ideas, and getting unstuck - Floment → breaking the launch into actual projects and daily to-dos so there’s always a next action - Store platform → obviously where the actual selling happens - Notion → keeping useful research, ideas, and processes organized The biggest shift for me was treating the store launch like a project instead of one giant task called “start an online business.” For example: Launch store → Pick product → Create offer → Build product page → Create 3–5 pieces of content → Test traffic → Review results → Improve the offer Nothing fancy. Just making the next step obvious. A tool like Floment is useful for this because it combines project planning, to-dos, progress, and community in one workspace instead of making you bounce between five different apps. Still, the system matters more than the tool. What’s the one thing you’re currently stuck on with your store, product selection, building the site, getting traffic, or making that first sale?
