Built a live AI agent system generating $31k in 72hrs for a home service biz — full breakdown
Sharing a real deployed build — not a concept, not a demo. A live AI agent system running right now for home service businesses. The Problem I Solved: Local businesses (HVAC, plumbing, roofing, cleaning) lose 60%+ of their leads because: • Calls go unanswered • Follow-up is slow or non-existent • Old leads are forgotten forever The Agent Stack I Built: 🚷 KnockKnock → Lead capture from field reps (door-to-door) 🤖 GHL AI Voice Agent (Inbound) → Answers every call, qualifies lead, books appointment 📤 GHL AI Voice Agent (Outbound) → Auto-calls old leads every 30 days 💬 GHL SMS Agent → Follows up every unanswered call within 2 minutes 🔄 Reactivation Agent → Runs monthly on dead leads (6-12 months old) 📊 GHL CRM → Full pipeline tracking + lead scoring The Agent Logic: Lead captured → Contact created in CRM → Voice agent calls in <60s → No answer triggers SMS → SMS reply routes to booking flow → Appointment confirmed → Reminder sequences fire automatically Result from one deployment: 🔸 847 cold leads fed into reactivation agent 🔸 23 calls booked automatically 🔸 9 deals closed 🔸 $31,000 in new revenue — in 72 hours If you’re building agents and want to see the actual config, workflow diagram, or GHL setup — drop "🔧" below and I’ll share.

@AbuTalha Mulla Hey AbuTalha — are you asking for the full system settings/config breakdown? Happy to share the stack and setup if so. Drop a 🔧 and I’ll send you the full workflow configuration!

@Tom Red Here you go Tom 🔧 Full stack breakdown: 🔴 Step 1: Lead submits form/ad → GHL captures → n8n webhook fires instantly 🟢 Step 2: Outbound AI voice agent calls within 60 seconds → runs a 4-question qualifier (urgency, service type, timeline, location) 🔵 Step 3: If no answer → GHL auto-sends SMS in <2 minutes with personalized message ⚪ Step 4: Qualified lead gets booked directly into calendar → zero human involvement For dead leads (30–90 days old): the same sequence fires but with a re-engagement opener instead of a fresh inquiry opener. DM me if you want the actual workflow JSON or the Retell voice agent config 🚀
Client asked: “Can you build an AI agent that answers calls, qualifies leads, books appointments, and follows up?” I said: Already done it.
Client asked me last week: “Can you build an AI agent that answers calls, qualifies leads, books appointments, updates the CRM, and follows up automatically?” I said: “Already done it.” Here’s exactly what the system does: → Someone calls at 11pm on a Saturday → AI picks up in under 2 seconds — sounds human, introduces itself using the business name → Asks 4 qualification questions: service needed, timeline, budget, location → Scores the lead in real time → If qualified: books directly to the calendar — confirmation SMS fires instantly → CRM updated automatically: name, number, score, full call transcript, appointment time → If they don’t book: follow-up fires at 10am the next morning → No reply? Second touch 48 hours later — different channel This client had been losing after-hours calls for 3 years. First 30 days after going live: → 23 calls answered outside business hours → 17 qualified leads captured → 11 appointments booked → 0 human hours spent on any of it The AI didn’t close the deals. The owner did — but now with a full calendar and every lead pre-qualified before the first conversation. Most service businesses aren’t losing clients because their service is bad. They’re losing them because nobody picked up the phone. What part of this stack are you already running — or trying to build?

W: Most GHL automations trigger at the wrong moment (here's the fix)
Most GHL automations trigger at the wrong moment. Form submitted → workflow fires → sequence starts. That’s the standard setup. And it only captures 2–4% of your website traffic. Here’s what’s happening to the other 96%: They visit your pricing page. They browse your services. They compare you to two other providers. Then they leave — and your GHL never saw them. A visitor intelligence layer changes this. It identifies anonymous website visitors — by name, phone, and email — the moment they land on a key page. Before any form. Before any click. The data feeds directly into GHL: → Contact created automatically → Workflow triggered in seconds → SMS sent within 60 seconds → Voice follow-up in under 5 minutes → Email + Instagram DM + Facebook + WhatsApp sequences active For a roofing client last week: → 31 identified visitors in 72 hours → 11 booked calls → 0 of them filled a form The bottleneck isn’t your automation. It’s that your automation starts too late. Full system live at www.autoxinity.com — built specifically for home service businesses running GHL. What does your current setup do with the visitors who leave without converting?

How To Build A Profitable Business with AI (Real Example)
We had a tremendous time today talking with @Nils Ugland About the business he's trying to create with AI and I offered my best advice and agents and systems that would allow that to happen for him. You can watch the full replay here of the 1 hour and 46 minute session and if you're interested in working with me in the same way as I did with Nils here you can book a free call with me it's 15 minutes to see if you're a good fit. https://cal.com/lewis-jackson/agents-to-income

Where do you run your AI trading system after it’s ready?
Hey everyone! 👋 I have another question for people who are already running their own AI trading systems. I’m currently building my own AI trading project, and I’ve been thinking about something I haven’t really figured out yet: Once the project is completely built and tested, where do you actually run it? Since a trading AI may need to stay active for long periods and continuously receive market data, process signals, monitor positions, and interact with broker APIs, I’m assuming it needs some kind of server or always-on machine. I’d love to know how you guys handle this in real-world projects. For example: - Do you run your trading AI on your personal PC, or do you move it to a VPS/cloud server/dedicated server? - If you use a cloud server, which type of setup do you use? - What kind of CPU, RAM, storage, and GPU does your system actually need? - Does an AI trading system normally need a GPU running 24/7, or can the trading/decision system run mostly on CPU? - How do you handle uptime, internet connection, server restarts, power failures, and system crashes? - Do you run the entire system on one machine, or split different services across multiple machines/servers? - What do you use for monitoring, logs, alerts, and automatic recovery if something goes wrong? - Roughly how much does your infrastructure cost per month? I’m asking because I’m trying to plan the architecture of my project beyond development and testing. I’d especially love to hear from people who have actually taken their trading AI beyond the development stage and are running it continuously in a real environment. I’m still learning, so if I’m misunderstanding anything about how trading systems are normally hosted or operated, please correct me. Thanks! 🙏
