Just got a request from Allstate for Move in the day after our current Guest leaves and Another from ALE for our other property for the 17th move in (2 adults no pets, one month to start) and this morning for a request for the same house for one month stay from a family moving to the area. 2 adults and 4 pets. Not going to lie with everything so new, this one makes me nervous but it’s only a month.

Hello, everyone! We are Jason and Kate. We're in the process of converting our Stevenson Ranch, CA primary (5 beds; 4 baths w/ pool) into an icMTR (insurance and corporate). We found a wonderful local couple (Goode Homes) who manages nine MTRs full-time. Our current plan is for them to manage our property for us (20%), as we are moving out of state. That said, I am so encouraged by all of your WINS and would like to learn more about how the iMTR business works and how best to set-up for success. This one was straight from our Heavenly Father Yall. Wow did he move. 🙌🏼🤍 Graceful Move (which is our IMTR Company) had the opportunity to meet a new investor Tuesday. We explained how IMTR is a Different approach to serving families in need and creating a new Legacy for your family. These homes were so special and a perfect fit for IMTR. We were also surprised to find out they were right next to each other as it was a father and son’s homes. We secured both homes and will finish signing agreements this month and getting started on our new homes.
