We are making the full switch to Ren360 CRM this week. We are also shutting off our current website provider, who was using Lofty's CRM and IDX solutions. I'm not thrilled with my brokerage's generivmc iDX website and its lack of ability to share information with REN360, so I am investigating options. Do we know if the Ren 360 AI is able to look back and improve its calling from our past calls or is it more of a manual correction on the back end in text format?
