Does anyone have a deal or a challenge that they would like to share?

Hey all. Things have been crazy, so we haven't been on here in a minute. We are currently doing a raise for a multi family property and it's been a lot. Is anyone else in here looking for deals? Trying to find funding? Tell us where you are and what you are doing!

We have a couple of deals right now and we could use some partners. We will walk you through the whole deal, and show you all the steps in the process. We will use some of your capital and return it with interest. Any takers?
