@Retha Le Roux Ja nee verseker Retha. What blows my mind is dat dit n doodgewone video is wat ek iemand op n comment geantwoord het op TikTok. Ek het toe net die video op Instagram ook geplaas.

Week 4: Day 22 Content Hooks
POST 1 — THE LITTLE THINGS THAT MAKE YOU, YOU Content Pillar: Personality, Interests & Connection Mission: ATTRACT + NURTURE ENGLISH Hook: I can have the busiest day, but if I get a little time to [SOMETHING YOU GENUINELY ENJOY], I'm a much happier person. 😂 Sub Hook: It's probably such a small thing to someone else, but for me, it's one of those things I never want to stop making time for. Cover Hook: My kind of happy 🤎 Talking Points: - Start by showing or talking about something you genuinely enjoy. It could be gardening, reading, cooking, walking, listening to music, working on your car, spending time with your pets, or anything else that feels like you. - Explain what you enjoy about it. Is it relaxing, exciting, creative, or simply a chance to switch off? - Share what it looks like in your real life. Maybe you only get 15 minutes for it, or perhaps it's something you do on weekends. - Tell people how you got interested in it. - If there's a funny or relatable part of enjoying this hobby, share it. - Mention whether it's something you've always loved or a new interest you've picked up. - Show a real photo or short video if possible, rather than using a generic stock image. - Talk naturally. You don't need to turn your hobby into a business lesson. - If it connects to something you value, such as creativity, family, nature or having time to yourself, you can mention that. - Give your audience an easy way to join the conversation by asking about their interests. Caption: Honestly, I don't need much to make me happy when it comes to [YOUR HOBBY OR INTEREST]. Give me [SOMETHING YOU LOVE ABOUT IT] and a little time to myself, and I'm quite happy. 😂 I think we sometimes get so caught up in everything we need to do that we forget about the things we enjoy just because they're fun. No big goal. No need to be productive. Just something I like doing. Now tell me, what is your version of this? The thing you can happily spend time doing and completely lose track of the clock?

Week 3: Day 20 Content Hooks
POST 1 Content Pillar: The Person Behind the Business Hook Angle: A belief that shapes how you do things ENGLISH Hook: One thing I believe strongly is that [YOUR BELIEF ABOUT YOUR LIFE, WORK, INDUSTRY OR SOMETHING YOU CARE ABOUT]. And here's why. 👇 Sub Hook: It's something I've learnt through my own experiences, and it influences how I approach [YOUR WORK, BUSINESS, HOBBY OR DAILY LIFE]. Cover Hook: One thing I strongly believe… Talking Points: - Start by sharing one genuine belief you have about your work, life, industry or something you care about. - Use the fill-in-the-blank hook to make it sound like you. Your belief doesn't need to be deep or life-changing. - For example, if you sell skincare, you might believe that looking after your skin doesn't have to involve a complicated 12-step routine. - If you offer a service, you might believe that people deserve to understand what they're paying for before they commit. - If you teach a skill, you might believe that beginners should be allowed to ask questions without feeling silly. - If you sell handmade products, you might believe that small details can make an ordinary item feel special. - Explain where this belief comes from. Perhaps you experienced the opposite, learnt something the hard way, or simply noticed something over time. - Share a small, real example from your own life or experience. - Explain how this belief influences the way you work, make decisions or serve your customers. - You don't need to share a private story or reveal anything you're uncomfortable discussing. - Keep the focus on what you genuinely believe, rather than what you think people want to hear. - End by asking your audience what they believe about the same topic. Caption: We all have things we believe in, things we've learnt along the way, and little lessons that change how we see the world. For me, one of those things is [YOUR BELIEF]. It's something that influences how I approach [YOUR WORK, LIFE OR INDUSTRY], and it's worth sharing because it says a little more about the person behind this page.
