I JUST CLOSED A BRAND NEW DEAL AND THIS ONE IS SPECIAL. Not just because it's another deal closed, but because this is one of those deals I’ve genuinely dreamed about. There have been plenty of moments along the way where I’ve had to keep learning, keep pushing, keep having conversations, and trust that the right opportunity would eventually come together. And today, it did. I'm genuinely happy right now, and I wanted to share the moment with this community because so many of you understand what it feels like to work towards something that doesn't happen overnight. I'm celebrating this one properly. And if you're currently working towards your first deal, your next deal, or a goal that feels a long way off... Keep going. I’ve been pretty busy lately and haven’t been as active here as I would have liked, but I’m back and looking forward to getting involved again. A lot has been happening behind the scenes with property, and it’s reminded me that growth doesn’t always happen where everyone can see it. I’ve missed the conversations, the different perspectives, and simply connecting with people who are on their own property journey. So I’m looking forward to being more active again, learning from everyone, sharing what I can, and most importantly, building some genuine connections along the way. Good to be back. Sometimes you need another perspective. Monday always feels like a natural reset for me. The more I spend time around property investors, the more I realize that everyone sees the journey differently. Someone who's been doing this for years may look at a situation completely differently from someone who's just starting out. And sometimes, one simple conversation can make you see something you were completely overlooking. That's one of the things I've really come to value about being part of communities like this. Not just the strategies or the deals, but the people, experiences and perspectives behind them. I'm going into this week staying curious, keeping an open mind and looking forward to the conversations that might teach me something I didn't know I needed to learn.
