@Stella Emerson I’m considering launching a Skool community for real estate licensees and non-licensee investors, built around a shared model that educates and mentors members on practice and investment approaches outside mainstream methods. I’d appreciate your input and opinions. Educational highlights: 1. The three core membership requirements are: investing $5–7K, dedicating 2–5 hours per week to personal education and growth, and being coachable in building long-term financial legacy. 2. Members are expected to be motivated to improve first-year ROI of roughly 1,400% on tuition and materials, with the goal of consistently earning $50K–$250K monthly/MRR. 3. Members may choose to help onboard new members and be compensated accordingly. 4. The goal is to expand knowledge while helping families save tens of thousands to millions of dollars, using the member’s brand in the $3M–$35M transaction space—driven by strong repeat and referral business. 5. Members will work with a mentor who has 47 years of experience. Some people have asked me about Grants and other financing options.
