Joining this community has been one of the greatest choices I’ve made to recover from anxiety and avoidance behaviour. Star’s support is much more than teachings, he’s truly compassionate and has a true desire to help everyone recover and live their best lives. 
I started asking the right questions (something Star teaches) and it’s helping me a lot to pursue what I really want to do no matter how I feel. I now know that pursuing my value actions is the GPS to recovery.
