One simple thing you can do today: Take a 10-minute walk, breathe deeply, and thank God for three things. Small, faithful habits have a way of becoming strong foundations. Sometimes the bravest prayer is simply, "Lord, carry me today." Isaiah 40:31 reminds us: "But those who hope in the Lord will renew their strength. They will soar on wings like eagles; they will run and not grow weary, they will walk and not faint." If you're feeling weary today, you're not alone.
