My second attempt at sourdough. So pleased!!!!

I’m so glad there’s somewhere I can go for help. I feel overwhelmed with all the information that’s been flying at me and I’m looking forward to straightforward, simple information about what I hope is a simple process. If it takes forever, or is really difficult, sourdough baking is not going to be my idea of fun 🥲
