hey guys, is it make sense to film videos for your niche before you have any clients or should I start filming only when I have something to show? clients results, etc.

My clients are getting a lot of leads, but most of them are unqualified. I am planning on setting up ManyChat to help with qualification. I tried looking through ManyChat, it looked complicated, but I got a few screenshots looking back at the course. Could I just make one automation with the same exact questions that are in the seller flow and connect it to my client's ads? If there is an alternative way to do this, please let me know!
