You don't need 100 new connections today.
You may only need one. One person whose work interests you. One person who serves people you care about. One person you'd genuinely like to know better. LinkedIn can make networking feel like a numbers game: More followers. More connections. More reach. But here's something simple to try today: Find one person who seems worth knowing. Before sending a connection request, visit their profile. Read what they do. Look at a couple of their posts. Pay attention to what they care about. Get curious about the person before trying to add them to your network. Building a network one real relationship at a time may feel slower, but those are the connections worth having. Who's one person you could get to know a little better today?

@Mikael Van gogh Yes! That’s exactly the kind of relationship building I was thinking about when I wrote this. When we slow down enough to actually get to know people, networking stops feeling like collecting connections and starts feeling like building real relationships. And those are the connections I want more of too.
Your next content idea may already be hiding in a conversation
I've been paying more attention lately to where my content ideas actually come from. They're rarely born when I sit down and tell myself, “I need a post idea.” They usually come from a question someone asks, a conversation I'm having, something I notice people struggling with, or something I'm learning in my own business. I'm starting to think one of the best content habits isn't creating more ideas. It's learning to notice the ideas that are already around us. Something I'm trying: when a conversation makes me stop and think, I write down the thought—even if I have no idea yet what I'll do with it. Where do most of your content ideas come from?

If your content isn’t connecting, you might be talking to a GROUP instead of a PERSON. 👀
One of the biggest shifts I made was getting REALLY clear on who I was actually talking to. And I don’t mean “Moms who want to make money from home.” That’s a category. I mean knowing the PERSON on the other side of the screen. What is she or he frustrated about RIGHT NOW? What has she or he already tried? What does she or he worry isn’t going to work for her? What does she or he actually WANT? Because once you know THAT person… Your hooks get easier. Your content gets more specific. Your offers make more sense. And the right person starts thinking “Wait…she’s talking to ME.” If you’re struggling with your content, messaging or engagement, THIS is where I’d start. I created a little interactive tool to help you get really clear on exactly who you’re talking to. 👇 Try it here https://www.digitalbossgal.com/clarity

I have tried this tool and wow it works. Brought out things in me that I thought I had long forgotten about. So far what I have read is right up my alley. It pinpoints my desire that no one else in my life know about. A ministry that I feel God has for me to fulfill.

Hi everyone! I’m Malisia from West Virginia. I’m a LinkedIn ghostwriter and the founder of Malisia Writes. I help Christian professionals who serve women turn their ideas, expertise, and experiences into LinkedIn content that sounds like them. I’m also building LinkedIn With Confidence, a Skool community where people can practice showing up, creating content, and building real relationships on LinkedIn without all the pressure to get everything perfect. Fun fact about me: I’m definitely not a coffee lady. Give me a hot chocolate—with whipped cream—and I’m happy. 😂 I’m looking forward to getting to know everyone here!
Not Sure What to Post on LinkedIn? Start Here.
For Christian professionals who know they should be showing up on LinkedIn—but sometimes stare at the blank screen wondering what to post... You probably don't need more random content ideas. You already have ideas hiding in your experience, expertise, stories, and everyday conversations. You just need a simple way to find them. That's why I created the free LinkedIn Starter Kit. It will help you: • uncover LinkedIn post ideas from what you already know • turn your experience into useful content • stop depending on a blank page for inspiration • start creating content that actually sounds like you No complicated content strategy. No trying to sound like everybody else on LinkedIn. Just a simple place to start. The best LinkedIn content doesn't have to come from somewhere new. Sometimes it's already sitting inside what you know. Get the LinkedIn Starter Kit free HERE
