I planned to be here for 8 weeks and then skedaddle, no way I thought the investment was going to be worth more than that. WAS I WRONG OR WHAT. This is an incredible program, with loads of support, encouragement, AND THE EDUCATION (OMG!). I am proud to be seeing major improvements to my life with chronic illness & incredibly thankful to have found this “reset” aka life change. I am not new to gut health and whole food diets but I can’t believe how much I have learnt & how much calmer my life is.
