Happy Terrific Tuesday Everyone, I know a lot of US in this group FAST and also IMPLEMENT a FASTED LIFE! For me, when I STARTED FASTING for REASONS outside of Spiritual Focus, Mental Clarity, and Health challenges, for awhile NOW, I have also INCORPORATED fasting for IMPORTANT EVENTS. Whether it's a BUSINESS meeting, a DOCTOR'S appointment, a MEDICAL test, a SURGICAL procedure, a CLASS exam, a JOB INTERVIEW, etc., I'm going to fast. Even if it is NOT an EXTENDED FAST, I will fast from the time that I wake up until the time has past after the event or appointment. I NOTICED when I STARTED to be INTENTIONAL about incorporating this into my life, a lot of TIMES, the OUTCOME of a thing TURNS OUT MUCH BETTER than what I EXPECTED, even if I walk into a situation NERVOUS, on the FENCE, or EXPECTING a DIFFERENT OUTCOME! Does anyone else incorporate this as a part of their life NOW? if not, does anyone want to?

Here's how I get my Five A Day in every color of the rainbow!🌈 After I return home from the farmer's market, my day includes a lot of soaking, scrubbing, and storing my fruits and veggies. In undergrad, as a Health Education major, I was required to discuss a program to facilitate to potential clients. The FDA mailed me flyers and brochures for my project. That was over 20 yrs ago. Unfortunately, you can 🚫 LONGER find this program on the internet.🥹
