kettlebells-and-conditioning

Heyhey! It’s been 6 months enjoying the community ❤️
Since April, I’ve been sending videos to Peter regularly about my training and getting his feedback and perspective. It makes it easier to spot mistakes and keep improving.
I also love the amount of material and resources in the community. It almost feels like having a digital book to keep learning from, and it makes me feel less lost and more supported.
Really enjoying the process so far.

I've been training with Rokas for a while now, and what stands out the most is the presence and awareness he brings into every session. It's not just about kettlebells or movement,it's about learning to move with intention, breathe consciously, and truly connect with your body.

That level of awareness has made a huge difference in my progress. If you're looking to improve your movement, strength, resilience, and body awareness,I highly recommend his work. He is always there to reply and help.
