Worked like a charm, never touched VS code before, now all set up. Played around with it for a few hours , quite clear to see why this way increases productivity and removes repetitive resistance. The joys of accomplishment and lucky to get tiered from something one enjoys doing.
Clief Notes AI Shout
A few days in. Starting to see where the Clief Notes AI is actually becoming useful. Some of you are using it to figure out where to start. Others are asking specific questions and getting pointed back to lessons or drops they didn’t even know existed. And some are basically using it as search: “Have we covered this before?” That last one alone saves a lot of scrolling. @Anthony Brady shared a really good example of how he’s been using it. He said the agent has been helping him find the right lessons, figure out where to go next, and actually apply the material to what he’s building. He’s even been pushing it with harder questions, and when it doesn’t know something, it tells him instead of just making something up. What I really liked was how he described using the tools together: The agent helps him navigate. NotebookLM helps him go deeper. And Decster keeps him moving through the course, completing assignments, and staying active in the community. That’s exactly what we want this to become. Not another AI tool you open once and forget about. Something that actually helps you use everything already inside Clief Notes and keep moving forward. We’ve also caught a few questions where the agent could’ve pointed somewhere better. Keep sending those. The more you use it, the better we can make the experience. This thing should get more useful as we see how you actually use it. If you haven’t tried it yet, start simple. Ask it the next question you would normally post in the community. Have you tried it already? If not, comment “Navigator” and I’ll send you access to it.

Welcome to Clief Notes. Here's where to start.
Welcome to Clief Notes. Here’s where to start. 👋 You don’t need to watch the entire classroom before trying something. Pick a starting point, make something small, and bring your questions back here. 🧭 Find your way around Navigating the Course shows you what’s here and how to get around. If you’re new to working with AI, start with The Foundation. We work through prompting, context, and organizing your files so you can give an AI a job you can actually check. 🛠️ Never ran a coding agent or folder strcutre? Jump into Module 4 This is a good starting point if you want to work through a practical example. The short videos mix animation with actual app screenshots, and there’s a fictional practice folder you can follow along with. - 4.1: Install and First Use — Get oriented and try your first task. Grab the Foundation Practice download from Resources here. - 4.2: Working With Files — Turn meeting notes into a decision list, then check where each decision came from. - 4.3: Think, Then Build — Compare your options, choose an approach, and approve a short brief before asking for the finished work. - 4.4: Project Instructions — Leave useful instructions with your project so you have less to explain next time. - You’ll find guidance for Claude Code and Codex, plus a regular chat route where you save the files yourself. 💬 Use the check-ins At the bottom of the lessons, you’ll find polls and discussion posts. Share what you tried, what worked, and what needed correcting.

When im able to adjust, work with this structure, ill be able to untangle this mess and only need 2-3 agents to run full operations as long as they are sequentially done, i assume.

You just saw how video production turns into code. Vote below, then tell us in the comments: what is one repetitive creative task in your work that could become a pipeline?

@Matthew Creamer Sure would love to be able to view a few of the actual flows to be able to see how it is pieced together. Still trying to wrap my head around the folder structure, excited to understand this, so ill finally be able to put this together properly. Is there a standard rule of thumb to keep the MD files at a max size for better efficiency? (Jake's initial paper dose give some guidance on different sections of each file, is this soft or hard recommendation?:)
