Hey everyone! I'm Maria, and I've been thinking about an idea I'm exploring called Astalo. I've been wondering what happens when you're so focused on building a company that you slowly start neglecting yourself, your health, your relationships, or the things you enjoy outside of work. I'd like to explore working 1:1 with founders to help them find a more sustainable way of working. My background is in healthcare, but I've also worked in operations, and I think both sides matter. Sometimes it's about taking better care of yourself, and other times it's about how you manage your time, priorities, and workload. I'm still figuring things out, so I'd love to hear from people who've experienced this. Have you ever felt like building your company was taking over your life? Have you ever looked for help with it? What did you find helpful, or what do you wish existed? I'm not selling anything. Just trying to understand this better before I build anything!
