Something new I learned today was to put my needs,wants before everyone else's since pretty much my whole life I've put everyone before my own since I've always wanted to see them happy and I know they want to see me happy as well over time from doing that for so long I've been told I have become a different person that does not want to see myself happy I just want to make others happy but ever since I started doing that I've became more shy quiet and depressed from it but I think positive all the time and try not to let it all get to me but since im starting to put myself before others It's still hard since I want to see them happy even when things get hard here and there sometimes but all you can do is be yourself and believe in yourself. I know it's can be hard not to myself before others but I've always been that type of person.
